Worksite Wellness

Don’t choose between your career and good health! Our Worksite Wellness program is a convenient service for the busy work professional. You’ll receive concierge service and quick and easy access to healthcare services, including medical assessments and consultations.

How It Works

• DMC representatives will come to your worksite and provide an initial clinical consultation using age- based criteria.
• At your initial clinical consultation, you will be offered on-site lab testing, given an extensive health history assessment, scheduled for a physical examination and signed up for DMC’s exclusive Friends & Family Program.
• On the day of your scheduled exam, you will be picked up at your worksite by DMC transportation and taken to our conveniently located Family Medicine Center  located next door to the Compuware building.  At the end of your visit, DMC Transportation will return you back to work.
• Once at the Center, we will verify your registration and escort you to your physician evaluation.
• All examinations are performed by board-certified family medicine physicians.
• During your examination, your physician will share your lab results with you and  will help you create your personalized health plan.
• If additional diagnostic testing is required, our friendly office staff will arrange any necessary testing appointments at one of our conveniently located DMC facilities through the Friends & Family program.
